Please carefully read the following terms prior to ordering.
Jay Trim is a wholesale only business to business organisation and as a result does not trade with members of the public. Anyone is welcome to browse the site but trade pricing is only available to registered users. In order to register as a trade user details of your business will need to be provided and verified by ourselves. If you are in business please visit the "My Account" page and apply for a "Trade User" account. Once verified you will be sent an email confirming that you can log-in and view trade pricing. Please note that only businesses with a connection to the haberdashery or craft trades, or those with a bona-fide requirement for our products will be verified as trade users.
Minimum order value is £40 excluding VAT and carriage UK only. Minimum order for EU countries including the Republic of Ireland is £80. Minimum order for all other countries is £120. All orders to be paid by Credit/Debit Card. A 5% discount will be allowed for orders over £100 (this will not be shown in the Shopping Basket but will be deducted at the time of invoicing). All orders under £180 net value will be subject to carriage at our normal rates (Mainland only).
Orders to Northern Ireland over £180 net value will be charged the difference between the Mainland and Northern Ireland rates. Orders to Northern Ireland over £425 value will be sent carriage free. Current rates can be viewed by following the "Site Home" link and then clicking on the "Carriage Rates" button. Rates apply to UK mainland and N.Ireland only.
Please note that the carriage charge shown in the Shopping Basket is the minimum charge and heavier parcels will be subject to carriage at our published rates (see above). A surcharge of £1.50 per consignment will be added to consignments shipped to residential addresses. This is charged to us by our carriers and we are unable to absorb this cost any longer. The surcharge will not be applied to orders above the carriage paid amount consigned to residential addresses.
Please note that all stock items will be sent immediately. If you would like your order holding until it is complete or if you would like advising of shortages prior to dispatch please advise us as soon as possible or at the time of ordering. We do not send on out-of-stock items.

Payment Methods: We accept payments in cash (callers only) or by credit/debit card. We regret that we no longer accept cheques.
Members of the public who require any of our products should contact us by email. We will send details of a retailer who can help either locally or by mail order.
